A real delicatessen product for your aperitifs! Prepared and sliced by our curing specialists, these 80 grams sachet of lomo Reserva will make your guests happy during a Spanish aperitif!

This lomo is obtained from the dorsal muscle of the pig. We then season it with salt, paprika and other natural spices. The natural curing process of each piece is then carried out in large cellars in Guijuelo, in the southwest of Spain.

A product to be enjoyed with a good glass of red wine and Manchego cheese. A real Iberian aperitif!

Our selection of cold meats have been carefully prepared using only the finest resources, from the delicate artisan elaboration process in Guijuelo (Salamanca) to the ingredients that make the seasoning. Lomo (Pork loin), chorizo and salchichón (cured sausage): Don Cala’s wide range of culinary delights are based on 40 years of experience and family passion for Spanish cuisine.

Our pork loin comes from the dorsal muscle on the pig’s back. Practically fat-free, the flavours of our pork loins are intense and authentic. Seasoned with salt, paprika and natural spices, our exquisite pork loins provide a delicacy for the most sophisticated palates.

Cold meats


Our Reserva selection comes from pigs reared freely in a natural environment and fed with an exquisite diet based on grasses, cereal crops and cork oak acorns.

Upon cutting a good marbling is revealed and a delightful lustre (both in the lean and fat) which are all characteristics of its high quality. Its flavour is delightful, sweet and intense in equal measure. For all tastes.

Sliced: Our sliced lomo come in vacuum packed sachets and weigh 80 grams. The perfect amount to eat before it can begin to dry out. Simply open and serve, to enjoy the unique, fresh and exquisite taste of Guijuelo directly to your table.

Pork loin, salt, paprika, sugar, spicies, antioxidants (E-301) and conservatives (E-252, E-250).


1. Keep under cooling conditions 7°C.
2. Remove the product from its packaging at least 24 hours before consumption.
