You can receive it any address you choose (home or work).
For international shipments, you can also have your order sent to a UPS collection point of your choice.
Orders within the Iberian peninsula will arrive within 2-4 days working days.
International orders will arrive within 4-8 days working days, depending on the recipient country.
The order will be processed on the first working day after placing the order.
For destinations such as the Balearic Islands and Andorra, the delivery time may take longer than deliveries to the Peninsula (4-5 working days).
Please note: These delivery times are approximate, in the case of a major deviation, the purchaser will be informed accordingly. In cases of non-delivery, the order will be cancelled, and the payment will be refunded. Don Cala, is not responsible for possible delivery delays caused by either courier services or local customs of the recipient country.

In your Don Cala user account, you will find all the information relating to your orders, and you will have access to your invoices at all times.
If you wish to return to return an order, it must be intact and with its packaging in perfect condition. The customer has 15 days from the date it was delivered in which to return it, in cases of emergency, please contact us within a maximum time-frame of 48 hours from the time the order was placed, at (firstname.lastname@example.org) and state the reason for return. It is required that you send us visual proof that the product is undamaged.
Once we have confirmed that a return is possible, you may return your order to us. Please note: (return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer). Our Quality Control Department will examine the order and contact you as soon as possible.

The refund will be made within 15 days from the resolution of the case and will be returned using the same method in which the payment was made.
