The Don Cala loin comes from the dorsal muscle on the pig’s back. Virtually fat-free, the taste of our Whole Loin Sensaciónis irresistible. From pigs reared freely in areas of more than 100m2 per animal, this meat is cured for 6-9 months and seasoned with salt, paprika and natural spices. A tasty treat for the most refined of palates.
