Don Cala presents to you you our Manchego cheese with a traditional taste from the region of La Mancha. Cured for 4 to 6 months, this cheese is made from sheep's milk. With intense flavour and a light sprinkling of fine herbs, our Manchego cheese makes the perfect compliment to our other products such as our hams.
